Thrissur Medical College Alumni Association (TMCAA) is an organization of the past and present students of Thrice Medical College and the Teachers who served as faculty in this august institution. As per the byelaw, this organization is committed to the academic and infrastructural development of the Alma mater. It is not a private organization in any sense of the word, and is against the privatization of the Medical College or part thereof.

Activities
TMCAA is unique in that it has made pioneering steps in realization of its ideals, as envisaged in the byelaws. TMCAA is established to conduct activities supporting the academic and infrastructural development of the Alma mater.
